01

The challenge

Gulf Exhibitions Group ran each edition of Global Logistics Fair on whichever tools the local team preferred, which made portfolio reporting a quarterly project and left exhibitor data scattered across agencies.

02

What changed

All editions moved onto Expola with a shared exhibitor record, one floor-plan booking flow and one reporting model. Rebooking opens on the show floor, and sponsor packages are sold from the same catalogue in every market.

Visitor registration, badge printing and lead scanning run on Expola at the gate, with role-based access for the local teams and single sign-on for the group.

The platform has been a superpower for our team. It increases sales and brings new visitors consistently, edition after edition.

03

The results

Across four editions the fair has sold $4.5M in tickets and booths on the platform. In the latest edition, 71% of the floor was sold before the official launch event, most of it by exhibitors rebooking during the previous show.

Portfolio reporting is now a dashboard rather than a project, and the group has opened a second event on the same setup.

Running four editions on the same system means we can track quality and revenue at a portfolio level. That is incredibly valuable for a group.
