What is sponsorship deliverable?

A sponsorship deliverable is a single obligation inside a sponsorship package: a logo placement, a speaking slot, a banner, a set number of passes, an email inclusion. A package is a bundle of deliverables, and an organizer's real obligation is the list, not the tier name.

Why tiers hide the work

Gold, silver and bronze are a sales convenience. Delivery happens at the item level: someone has to collect the logo, place it, schedule the email, issue the passes and photograph the banner. Tracking at tier level means nobody knows what is outstanding until a sponsor asks.

Inventory is finite

There is one entrance arch, four lanyard slots and a fixed number of speaking positions. Selling deliverables against real inventory prevents the conversation where two sponsors were both promised the same asset.

The sponsor report

What a sponsor wants afterwards is evidence: each deliverable, when it was fulfilled, and the numbers attached — impressions, scans at their stand, session attendance, clicks on their email placement. Generated from delivery data, that report takes minutes; assembled by hand, it takes a week and still gets questioned.
