What is exhibitor portal?

An exhibitor portal is the logged-in area where an exhibiting company manages its participation: its stand, its deadlines, its staff badges, the services it orders and the leads it collected. It is the difference between four hundred emails to one inbox and a place where exhibitors answer their own questions.

What belongs in the portal

The exhibitor manual and its deadlines, stand details, staff badge requests, logo and listing copy for the directory, add-on orders such as furniture and power, invoices and payment status, and after the show, the lead export. If any of those live somewhere else, exhibitors will email about them.

Deadlines are the whole point

An exhibitor manual is a list of dates. A portal that shows which dates have passed, which are coming and what is still missing turns chasing into a status page. The organizer's job shifts from reminding everyone to handling the exceptions.

It is also your upsell surface

Furniture, power, rigging, extra badges, sponsorship upgrades and next year's stand all sell better in the place exhibitors already visit than in an email attachment they have to find again.
